Routines are really hard.

I suck at them. Last year there was a period of 6 months when I went to the gym 4-5 times per week. But one day.. I just.. stopped going. I don’t really have an explanation for why. But one day I left and i never went back.

So, when I decided to change my eating habits I was skeptical because I didn’t want to NOT love it. I didn’t want to spend all this money on a juicer and commit to grocery shopping all the time and then throw it all away.

Well guess what. I fucking stuck with it. Now, there WAS a period of about 2 or 3 months where I wasn’t taking care of my health but something told me I needed to start making juices and drinking more water and tending to myself again.

So if you’re trying to make lifestyle changes and you’re failing, do not give up on yourself. Unless you don’t absolutely love what your doing. If you don’t like the gym? Stop going. But realize you still need to exercise (duh).

Instagram fitness models usually did a really good job of reminding me of my gym failures because that’s all I saw on my timeline. I felt like shit.

But I don’t have time to feel like shit anymore.

I’ve found my niche. And it’s in the garden with the vegetables.
