During the last months of 2017, I was not treating my body the way that I should have. I neglected to eat properly and wasn’t getting enough sleep. School definitely took my stress levels for a ride.
After about 2 months of “not having time” to make juices and forgetting to drink enough water, my skin was atrocious and my energy levels were non existent. Not drinking enough water is bad but it’s extra bad in the winter when your skin is already cracked and desiccated.
So anyway, I made a promise to myself that I’m going to commit to getting my self-care habits back in order and I’ll be posting my thoughts and progress along the way.
I’m ready to feel like myself again.
